Cheese Chips

Shown with a bean salad but just make the cheese chips as an appetizer or a nice light side for any salad - you can't go wrong and kids love them.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely grated Pecorino cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°. Line baking sheet with parchment. In bowl, mix the cheeses and flour; spoon into 8 (2-inch) circles on sheet. Bake 10 minutes, until beginning to color. Cool on parchment.
