Meatballs (for Spaghetti)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground round
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 Tablespoons sweet basil
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients together and roll into balls.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, then toss into your spaghetti sauce for the final hour.
