- evoo
- 1 # asparagus
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 teas tarragon --optional
- 1 teas oregano
- 1 teas basil

Preparation
Step 1
slice 1/2 lemon-and oraange for the oven squeeze the remaining half for vinaigrette
place asparagus in baking dish and cover with fruit slices-sprinkle with spices and evoo
place in 400 deg oven for 8 mins turning once with tongs until asparagus starts to slightly soften--no more--
make vinaiggrette with squeezed juices -evoo and salt-pepper
serve with asparagus
