Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes cubed and boiled
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 stalk chopped celery
- 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 quart milk
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 cup instant potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Put butter, carrots, onions and celery in saucepan and simmer until tender in butter.
Add a heaping TBL chicken boullion
Whip together sour cream, milk, half and half, and instant potatoes.
Fold into above mixture.
