Moppin' Potato Salad


Any other favorite potato salad ingredient can be added to this. It's the BBQ sauce and Adams Rub that make it different.

  • 2 lbs. gold or red potatoes
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped (any onion can be used, even green onions)
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce or any favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Adams Reserve House Rub or any other rub for meat BBQ

Step 1

Cut cleaned potatoes into 1/2" cubes. Place in a large pot of water and bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat, until tender. Drain well and lace in a large bowl to cool slightly. In a small bowl combine: mayonnaise, Moppin' sauce and Adams rub. Toss potatoes with celery and onion. Stir in dressing. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
