Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Step 1
1Heat oven to 425F.
2Mix marmalade and butter; spread in 8x8x2" baking pan.
3Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.
4Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board.
5Knead 5 times.
6Roll into 8" square; place on marmalade-butter mixture in pan.
7Pat dough evenly into corners; cut into 36 squares.
8Bake 15-20 min.
9Invert pan on serving plate.
10Biscuits will break off into small bite-size pieces.
11Serve warm.
