Ingredients
- 4 c cranberries
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 1 c golden raisins
- 1 sliced, peeled apple
- 1 sliced, peeled pear
- 1/2 c sliced celery
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 6 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 t cayenne
- 1/2 t salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in saucepan & cook over medium heat for 30 min or until thickened to the desired consistency, stirring occasionally
Sir in 1/2 c walnuts & simmer for 5 more min
