Davids Cheese Cake

• 1 lb Cottage cheese (small cords)
• 1/2 lb cream cheese
• 1 8oz cup sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extrect

Preparation

Step 1

1) Blend eggs and cottage cheese well first, then add rest and blend wee again.
2) Grease pan or use graham cracker crust
3) Heat oven to 375 degrees for 45 minutes
4) When cool add fruit if you want
5) refrigerate
