Ingredients
- Meat Balls:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. onion finely chopped (optional)
- Sauce:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. say sauce
- 1 (13 ½ oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and shape into 1 ½ inch. Balls. Cook over medium heat until all sides are browned
Sauce:
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup, Vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, lower heat, add meatballs, and cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in green peppers, cover, and simmer until tender.
