Chicken Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar or splenda
• 1/4 salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• Salad
• 4 cups salad greens-romaine, leaf, spinach
• 2 cups cooked chicken strips
• 3 radishes, sliced
• 1 green onion, sliced

Step 1

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
Place all other ingredients in a serving bowl.
Add dressing and mix well.
