Scratch Cake - from a Box Mix

Ingredients

• 1 18-oz box cake mix
• 1 1/4 Cups cake flour
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup sour cream
• 1 Cup evaporated milk
• 3/4 Cup vegetable oil
• 4 large eggs
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Place cake mix, cake flour and sugar in mixer bowl, turn on to combine.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on low for 30 sec, then on med- high till combined, 2 min. Makes 8 cupes.
