Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 2 TBL butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425’
Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in blueberries.
Before pouring mixture into crust sprinkle a little of regular bread crumbs (not seasoned) into pie crust. Put into pie shell.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Cover with crust that has slits cut in it. Cover edge with 2 to 3 inch strips of aluminum foil. Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking.
Bake until crust is brown 35 to 45 minutes.
