Ingredients
- 1/4 C. Coconut Oil
- 1/4 C. Peanut Butter
- 1/4 C. Honey
- 1/4 C. Chia Seeds
- 1/4 C. Roasted, Salted Peanuts
- 1/4 C. Cocoa Powder
- 2 C. Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C. Chocolate Chips, mini
Preparation
Step 1
Put coconut oil, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, peanuts and cocoa powder in food processor. Pulse, until incorporated. Add in oats, pulse until just mixed in. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into 1.5 inch balls. Place on wax lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
