Ingredients
- Boneless shoulder pork loin
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 TBL paprika
- 1/2 TBL salt
- 1/2 TBL pepper
- 1/2 TBL garlic powder
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut rope off pork loin and put into pan or roaster.
1 ½ - 2 hr for 3 lb roast
3 hr – 6 lb roaster
Mix water, olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder and pour over meat.
Bake in oven or roaster at 350’.
Add water if juice wears off.
After done pull apart with fork to shred.
Mix 1 ½ to 2 cups ketchup and ¼ cup brown sugar.
Add to mixture and stir.
