Ingredients
- 7 oz of cooked chicken, shredded to mix with the dough
- 14 oz whole wheat flour
- 3.5 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 7 oz low sodium chicken stock
- 2.1 oz vegetable oil
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- buttery spray for cookie sheet
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake time: 10 minutes (or until golden brown)
Shred chicken into small pieces in a bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix into a dough.
At this time you can half the dough and freeze in plastic bag for up to 3 months.
Cut biscuits out and place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
