Overnight Lemon Dessert

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick (softened) butter
  • ........................
  • Filling:
  • 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 13-oz tub Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 small packages instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together flour, sugar, chopped pecans, margarine, and press into 9x13- inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes.

2. Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tub Cool Whip, and beat until creamy. Spread over crust.

3. Mix together pudding mixes and milk. (If using cooked lemon pudding, add dash of salt and pat of margarine afer cooking). Pour over cool whip mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate overnight.
