Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • roast
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sage
  • butter
  • oil
  • wine
  • chicken broth
  • Can also add (thyme, rosemary, parsley)

Preparation

Step 1

Slit holes in roast and stuff garlic in it.
Put salt pepper, sage and a couple of cloves of garlic pressed on the top
Put some butter and oil on top
Put some white wine & chicken broth in the pan
Cook 7-8 hours on low in crock pot
Or in oven @ 350 degree for 25-30 minutes per pound
Baste ever so often.

Can also add (thyme, rosemary, parsley)
