Shoepeg Salad

Ingredients

  • COMBINE:
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 can French cut green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c celery
  • 1/2 c green peppers
  • 1/2 c onions
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing ingredients together. Pour dressing over vegetable misture. Refrigerate overnight.
