Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut 2 inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoon whole peppercorns
- 1 cup water
- 1/1 cup salt-free soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 7 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil, simmer until liquid is almost evaporated. Do not stir, or chicken pieces will fall apart.
