Fried Bocconcini with tomato carpaccio

Ingredients

  • 4 small bocconcini,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1/4 cup of floor,
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs,
  • 1 tomato,
  • 1 slice of prosciutto,
  • A little bit of olive oil,
  • Salt and pepper,
  • A piece of any kind of salad

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan to fry the cheese.
Prepare the flour, the breadcrumbs and the beaten egg in different bowls.
Dip each cheese ball in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat two times. Fry the balls about 2 minutes to obtain a golden brown breadcrumbs.

Cut the tomato into thin slices to a plate. Add salt and pepper. Place the cheese balls on top, the prosciutto on the side and the salad on the top. Add olive oil all over it.
