Stuffed mushrooms with vegetables

Ingredients

  • button mushrooms
  • scalions
  • peppers
  • parsely
  • bread crumbs
  • grated cheese
  • slat
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • white wine
  • water

Preparation

Step 1

Cut stemms of mushrooms, chop them, add scallions, peppers chopped, parsely, bread crumbs, grated cheese. Toss all together add salt and olive oil.

Butter a oven dish, stuff mushrooms with extra on top. Put in pan, cheese on top, olive oil. Add white wine to bottom, parseley and water.

Cover and bake covered 400-425 for 15 min. then uncover and let crisp
