Ingredients
- 1-3 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Chop all vegetables (I use my Cuisinart) and add remaining ingredients. Chill - serve - and enjoy!
