Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 4 c thinly sliced raw cauliflower
  • 1 c salad pimiento olvies
  • 2/3 c coarsely chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c chopped onions
  • 1/2 c salad oil
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 3 T wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; beat with rotary beater until well blended. Pour mixture over cauliflower olives, peppers and onions. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled 4 hours or overnight. Toss just before serving.
