Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef (roast)
- 1 oz italian salad dressing (mix)
- 16 ozs banana pepper (rings)
- 1 onion (sliced optional)
- 14 oz low-salt beef broth
- ..........................
- 8 italian rolls
- 8 ozs cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub roast with dressing mix.
2. Combine roast, pepper rings with juice, and optional ingredients if desired.
3. Cook on LOW 8 hours or high until done.
4. Shred beef. Serve hot on rolls with cheese.
