Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) ready-to-serve salad greens
- 2 C grape tomatoes
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 C (4 oz.) crumbled, feta cheese
- 1 med. sweet yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3/4 C pitted greek olives, halved
- 1/2 C sunflower kernels
- 1/2 C Italian salad dressing

Step 1
In a large bowl, combined the first eight ingredients. Just before serving, drizzle with salad dressing; toss to coat.
