PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cream peanut butter and butter. Beat in both sugars and eggs. Add flour and baking powder.

Shape into balls and press crisscross design with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

For peanut butter and jelly cookies:
Instead of making crisscross design, make indentation in middle of cookie with handle of wooden spoon. Fill indentation with ¼ tsp jelly and bake as before.
