Ingredients

• Filling:
• 6 Tbls Crisco
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cup flour
• 6 Tblsp cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 cup Crisco
• 1 cup Fluff
• 1 cup confectionary sugar
• 1/2 cup oleo

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together:
6 Tblsp Crisco, sugar and egg

Then add:
milk and vanilla

Blend in separate bowl:
flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt

Then add to 1st mixture - Blend together well

Bake at 400 for 8 minutes

When cooled, mix filling ingredients and put on one side of a cookie...then put another cookie on it make a "sandwich"
