Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C fat-free Mayo.
- 1/2 C minced fresh cilantro
- 1/4 C lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 9 cups cubed cooked chick. brst.
- 1 3/4 cups jicama
- 1 3/4 chopped celery
- 1 3/4 cups chopped sweet red peppers
- 1 C chopped cashews
- 1/2 lb. turkey bacon strips, diced/cooked

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add mayo mixture; toss to coat. Chill until serving.
