Ingredients
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons plus 1/2 tsp. warm water
- 1 drop each of pineapple, rum, and butter flavoring
- 2 Tablespoons white corn syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and blend at low speed till well mixed. Turn mixer to medium speed and blend. Reduce speed to low and slowly pour in corn syrup which has been heated to boiling point. Continue beating at low speed for 5 minutes.
Frosts one sheet cake with extra for decorating.
