Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. butter - softened
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese - softened
  • 3 C. sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 C. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter and cream cheese until creamy. Do not over beat. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour and salt. Add until just blended. Stir in vanilla.

Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 40 min. or so. Cool 10 to 15 min. Remove and let cool completely.
