IN A BOWL COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. BEAT ON HIGH SPEED WITH PORTABLE MIXER FOR 10-12 MINUTES OR ON LOW WITH A STAND MIXER FOR 7-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL PEAKS FORM.
