Ingredients

  • 1 9 inch refrigerated piecrust fitted into a 9 inch glass pan
  • 1 punds ground sausage
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 large vadilla onion chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons ap flour
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 8 ounce pck shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350, crimp edges of crust
2. in lg skillet, cook and drain sausage and set aside, wipe out pan and melt butter then add the mushrooms and onions, saute for 5 minutes.
3. Place eggs sour cream cottage cheese flour paresan and hot sauce in a food processor and process until smooth.
4. Stir together the crumbled sausage, mushroom mix, egg mix and cheddar cheese and spoon into pie crust. Cover edges of pie with foil to prevent burning
5. Bake for 50-60 min until golden brown and center is set, cool for 10 minutes and serve
