Strawberry Cream Pie

  • 2 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • 3 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 9" Pie Shells
  • Strawberries and Glaze
  • Whipped Topping



Step 1

Heat milk to almost boiling. Make a paste of sugar, flour, and salt with a little of the milk. Add egg yolks. Add paste to boiling milk. Mix well and stir until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shells. Top with strawberries and glaze. Garnish with whipped topping. Make 2 9" pies.
