An easy pancake recipe using whole wheat kernels and dry beans.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 7 dates (or 1/4 cup sugar)
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat kernels
- 1/2 cups dry pinto beans
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 T + 1 t baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-power blender.
2. Pour batter onto a hot griddle and cook on both sides until browned.
