STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

  • 1 pound bag frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tea. vanilla
  • 1 cup greek yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1 cup strawberries into food processor until chopped.
Put chopped strawberries into another bowl. Preferably stainless steel.
Put remaining strawberries/sugar/vanilla/yogurt and process till creamy

Add to chopped strawberries and freeze.

About 60 calories for 1/2 cup
