  • top round steak or london broil sliced thin
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • bacon
  • dill pickle cut into spears

Step 1

Lay out meat,top with mustard, salt & pepper, bacon and dill pickle. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Brown on all sides. Place in covered pan, add some water (inch or 2 in bottom) and cook @325 degrees for a good hour. Add water as needed.
