Low Fat Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Low Fat Graham Crackers
  • 1 Box of Instant Sugar Free French Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups Skim Milk
  • 1 Container of Cool Whip
  • Low Calorie Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Layer graham crackers in bottom of rectangle glass dish.

2. Mix instant sugar free pudding mix and 2 cups skim milk until well combined.

3. Fold cool whip into prepared pudding.

4. Add half of pudding-cool whip mixture on top of graham crackers layered in bottom of dish.

5. Add another layer of graham crackers.

6. Add rest of the pudding-cool whip mixture on top of last layer of graham crackers.

7. Place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

8. When ready to serve, add chocolate syrup on top!
