Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese, well drained
- 6 oz. goat cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram), chopped
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients
Chill in the refrigerator a few minutes to firm up the filling.
