Candy's Spinach & Cheese Puff

Ingredients

• Butter, for baking dish
• 3 pkg (10 oz ea) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
• 1-1/2 cus half-and-half
• 3 large eggs, lighly beaten
• 1-1/2 cups grated Gruyere cheese
• coarse salt & pepper
• 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a shallow baking dish.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients but only 1 cup cheese. Spread evenly in prepared baking dish and top w/remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake until set and top is golden brown, 30-35 min.
