Seafood Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crab or lobster
  • 1 cup small shrimp
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, finely diced
  • 1/8 cup onion, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Pita bread or
  • Sandwich rolls of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate about an hour. Serve on lettuce-lined rolls or in pita bread.
