Baked Rice I

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth or beef broth
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all in 2 qt. casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 40 mins. or
until rice is tender. Fluff with fork. Makes 8 servings.

1 tsp onion powder
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
