Fudgy Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coarsely chop 1 tbsp peanuts. set aside in small bowl.
2. Place chocolate chips in medium, microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH untel halfway melted, about 90 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted.
3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until well blended. Stir in 1/3 cup peanuts.
4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet. Evenly divide reserved chopped peanut pieces among top of each cookie; with fingers, press nuts lightly to adhere.
5. Bake until just beginning to set, about 6 mins. With thin metal spatula, carefully transfer cookies to cooling rack. Cookies will set completely as they cool.
