Southwest Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (28 oz) can Bush's baked beans
  • 1 (32 oz) can V-8 juice
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 2 packets chili seasoning
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T chili powder
  • 1 onion

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat with garlic and onions; drain fat. In a large stockpot, pour V-8 juice, beans, seasoning and meat mixture. Let simmer for 1 hour. You must serve with the following garnishes: Frito, sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.
