Ingredients
- 8 Chicken breast halves (if using boneless/ skinless- reduce grilling time by 5 to 8 minutes)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice of 2 limes or 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (or 1 teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
Preparation
Step 1
Wash chicken and dry with paper towels.
Combine all other ingredients for marinade. Put chicken in large, flat, glass or enamel dish; cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight, turning chicken several times. Drain and cook on grill about 15 minutes; turn and cook an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is done, basting often with sauce.
Total time includes marinating over night.
