Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 11 oz beef broth
- 1/4 cup red wine
Preparation
Step 1
1- In sauce pan on low heat butter & flour until brown, stir all other ingredients.
2- Increase heat to medium cook until think
Yields 1/3 cup, make 20 minutes before you need.
