Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 (250-gram) packages Philladelphia cream cheese
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (19-ounce, 540-ml) can cherry pie filling

Step 1

Heat oven to 325°F.

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 40 to 45 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into pieces. Serve topped with pie filling.
