Ingredients

  • 1/4 LBS of Bacon
  • Slice of Butter
  • 1 Potato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 TBS of Milk
  • 1 TSP of Salt
  • 1/2 TSP of Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup of Scallions
  • 4 OZ Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/2 of a Jalapeno

Step 1

Sear bacon in pan. Cut potato in squares, then cook in pan. Chop onion in squares. Add in potato and onions to sautee, till potatoes soften. Beet eggs together. Add scallions into eggs. Grade some shreds of cheddar then dice. Add cheddar into eggs. Add jalapeno into potatoes. Then add in the eggs.

350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

*make sure you use an ALL metal pan to go into the oven.
