Szechuan Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 lb. top round steak, sliced against the grain into thin strips
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste/pepper
- olive oil spray
- 1 bag frozen broccoli (5 cups)
- 1 T freshly minced garlic
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Szechuan stir fry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine steak, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to combine well.
Place in large nonstick skillet over high heat. When hot, mist with olive oil spray. Add broccoli and cook, stirring for 4-6 minutes. Transfer to bowl and cover to keep warm.
Return pan to high heat and add 1 T sesame oil. When hot, add 1/2 of steak in single layer, cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned on both sides. Return veggies and meat to bowl. Cover with Szechuan stir fry sauce. Heat and serve with rice.
