Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t soda
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 c shredded carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside
Mix wet ingredients
Gradually stir in dry ingredients
Bake at 350 for at least 25 minutes
