Ingredients
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 (30 oz) pkg Rhodes frozen dinner rolls
- 2/3 c brown sugar, packed
- 1 (3 oz) pkg butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1/2 c butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Spray bottom and sides of 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Arrange frozen rolls over nuts and sprinkle with brown sugar and pudding mix. Cover with plastic wrap, sprayed with oil (keeps rolls from sticking). Put in refrigerator overnight to thaw. Remove from refrigerator in the AM and let rise to room temperature. Then bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
NOTE: May place in oven overnight to raise. Remove to allow oven to heat, return rolls and bake.
